Since its founding in 1909, the parishioners of St. Brendan
Church have tried to remain faithful to their mission to
strive to live in accordance with the Gospel and challenge
to love God and neighbor by bringing the Gospel message to
everyone.  We are encouraged to respond to our baptismal
call, full participation in the life of the Church, and 
promote social justice.

From Providence:

• Take 195 East to Exit 4 in Rhode Island
• Bear right off exit to Riverside
• Follow Veteran's Memorial Parkway until it
     merges with Pawtucket Ave heading South.
• At the fifth traffic light you will have just
     past the old train depot, currently a tanning salon,  on your left,
     take a left onto Turner Ave (ONE WAY).
• Bear right past "Rhodes Pizza" on your left.
• St. Brendan's is two blocks up on your right.
• Parking in the front and rear on Dorr Ave.


From Newport/Bristol:

• Take 114 North through Warren and Barrington.
• Once on Wampanoag Trail look for an exit that
     reads "Riverside/Rt. 103" (left hand u-turn).
• Get over to the right after merging from left.
• Take Riverside - Route 103 exit (right hand exit).
• Stay on Route 103, it will become Willett Ave.
• Just past the turn at CVS will be a Fleet Bank
     branch on your left.  Turn left here onto
     Burnside Ave (ONE WAY).
• Follow Burnside Ave to Smith Street
• Take a left onto Smith Street.
• St. Brendan's is on the next corner (Smith/Turner).
• Parking in the front and rear on Dorr Ave.


From Fall River/New Bedford:

• Take 195 West to Exit 6 (Broadway) in R.I.
• Turn left at bottom of exit onto Broadway.
• Stay straight on Broadway until it ends.
• Take a left onto Veteran's Memorial Parkway.
• Follow Veteran's Memorial Parkway until it
     merges with Pawtucket Ave heading South.
• At the fifth traffic light you will have just
