The ministry of the Church in St. Brendan Parish is accomplished in many ways. We provide ministry to many groups in the parish. 

Liturgical ministries include:  Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Ushers, and Altar Servers. 

St. Brendan parish has also been well known for its fine Music ministry. Our Adult choir consists of more than 34 voices and there are several leaders of song. We have a Chime Choir, as well as a Children's Chime Choir 

Ministry is also provided to the sick and shut-ins of the community through our Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick and the Friendly Visitors. 

We also have the largest Senior Citizen group in the City of East Providence, called the "Forever Young Club" which meets monthly. 

Our CYO Youth Group provides spiritual, athletic and social programs for the many teenagers of the parish.
